Baby!

Today I went for a baby shower! My Primary school friend is now a proud father of a son!

22 years ago he and I were bumped into each other on our first day in Class. I can't really remebered how we intro each other but one thing is for sure. Since that primary one we have been great friends ever since!

And now look at where we are. He is a married man and a father. He has a family which gave him goal now. As for me, I'm still finding life(let's just put it that way for now).

I'm so happy for him.

Last week I found out two of my St pats pals are working in the same company as me. They might be in different department but at least we can email each other for short chats!

Our teacher from OI passed away this week and due to this I happen to met up with some old classmates. It's a sad event for a get together but it either a wedding or something like this that gets us together. Found out that a lot of them are teachers. A few are happily married and some even have more than 1 kids! Just 10 years and many things has happen.

What will they be in another decade?

What will I be in another 3 years?

Questions that only time will tell!

Cheerleader Compeition 08

This year event is held at Kallang Lesiure Park. And since I have nothing to do for a Sunday. I decided to go down and support my good working friend(ok he now works for DB and not within my firm). He still my tok cok buddy!

Look at the crowed gathered for this compeition. on the second floor of the mall. Before the compeition starts.....Guess a lot of supporters from all the various schools that particpated this year

My friend the coach of two teams. He is not performing but he still wants to wear the uniform. Wonder does he have a festish for uniform? Guy in Red can look good too Just look at him.

Now you know the famous quote, " Save the Cheer Leader Save the World" This bunch of people must save their own first before they can save the world. Throwing a lady up as high as 2 storey high and catching her is itself an amazing feat.

I have to agreed that this year stunt is much better than last year. Well enough of all my writing, as the wise man once said, "a picture worth a thousand words" Let the pics below said it all.

Singapore Flyer

Singapore Flyer the next Must Ride to take!

Currently Singapore Flyer is the worlder tallest ferris wheel in the world. But soon I think the one in Shanghai will over take it. Pls correct me if i'm wrong.

From what I heard on radio and newspaper, the view from Singapore Flyer will take one's breath away. I offers two rides, day and night ride.

One complete turn will take about 20-30mins.

And I want to see the sunset if I ever go up on this giant wheel.

Just brought a pair of tixs voucher for her as a birthday present. 1 year duration before the voacher lapse. Below is some snap shot I took from the gift Voucher.

It a very small card that is the size of a credit card. I think it a very unique birthday gift won't you said?

Spiderwick

This is a movies based on a Children Storybook. And indeed it is a children movie. It has a simple plot but still entertaining.

It is about 100mins long or so. Very straight forward do not have very complicated plots like LOTR.

The children in the show did their part very well and deserve every credit given.

Do catch this show with your family, kids and even with on your first date.

Friday is close at hand! So is my half day off!!!!

Monday Is Coming!

Monday is going to come once again. Tomorrow will be a very different day. One of my best buddy at work is no longer around but has left for a greener pasture. Will sure missed that big guy and all of our tok cock session!

It is never easy to see a close friend to leave us. We are from the same first wave of recuritment into the company. We started out as stranger but get to know each other and support each other mistake and suan-ing. Well at least he got himself a new good job.

I also have been wondering should I also move on. I feel the need to re-start my whole life again. Maybe pick myself up and move to somewhere totally new and far. Well I just have to see how my life unfold itself.
